Das Hotel ist wirklich in allen Details sehr schön gestaltet. Super Service, sehr gemütlich, sehr schöner kleiner Wellnessbereich, ein fantastisches Frühstück :-) und ein sehr freundliches Personal. The room was fully equipped with all necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the game room, spa, and sauna facilities, which were absolutely amazing. The breakfast service was also excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here.

Das familiengeführte Bristol Hotel befindet sich in zentraler und doch ruhiger Lage in Zermatt, zwischen dem Bahnhof und der Seilbahn Klein Matterhorn. The staff were so friendly and kind! The whole hotel was so cozy, the spa was amazing! Our room was excellent with a super comfortable bed. The breakfast was wonderful, they provide so many options. Will be staying here again if in zermatt again

Die Backstage Hotel Serviced Apartments wurden vom Architekten Heinz Julen entworfen. Amazing property and view of the Matterhorn. Hot tub and fireplace and staff were amazing. My husband had been injured whilst skiing and they went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and had everything extra he needed. The host was on call all the time and assisted us with any extra requests and it was a pleasure staying there.

The owners were very nice, very welcoming, always giving good tips of the skiing lifts, conditions, slopes throughout the stay! I felt very welcomed there and will definitely come back again and try the chalet. Everything felt cozy and charming, great service, good breakfast and they paid attention to your needs:) The location was very central, close to the main street and not far from the ski lifts. Highly recommend this stay and looking forward to next year!

Very friendly administrator, smiling and attentive woman. The room is quiet and warm. Very clean. There is a kettle in the room - it's very convenient! Delicious breakfast. Very good location of the hotel - near the ski lift and the train station. If there was a free room the next day, I would also stay. I recommend this hotel for accommodation. Thank you.
