We were caught in a snow storm and Zermatt was cut off from outside. There was no electricity for one and half days. But the hotel took really good care of us, provided food and drinks, charging place... let us stay for one extra night. We have to thank Daniel, who went out his ways to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would definitely like to come again.

De Wellness was heel bijzonder! Het ontbijt was heerlijk en het personeel uiterst behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Geen standaard ontvangst bij een receptie, maar een oprecht welkom en een kleine rondleiding.

The small Hotel Sarazena is located next to the train station in Zermatt and features a sauna. Rooms have an en-suite bathroom, cable TV and free WiFi internet access. Everything was perfect. Kindness of the owner and the staff. Very nice room. Very good location to everything: train, bus, shops etc. And the view from the window just amazing 🥰
