The staff were all extremely welcoming and quite simply, lovely. My daughter of 4, who doesn't speak a word of German, said one of the waitresses/hosts was now her 'best friend,' and she was sad to leave. Really absolute A+ service throughout, always a smile. The breakfast was terrific as well. Delicious cappuccino and a broad selection of everything. Bread, croissants (laugen, even!), yoghurt, pastries and cake. My daughter went to the buffet four times; we've never seen her enjoy breakfast as much as here. Oh, and the fresh orange juice was delicious, too.

Excellent hotel Quiet, large, cozy room with good Wifi, key safe and minibar. Very comfortable bed, slept very well. Attentive, friendly staff. Every night they made me a complimentary decaf coffee that came with biscuits. Delicious breakfast with six types of cheese, wonderful bread, salmon, yogurt, cold cuts, etc. Excellent location close to attractions, restaurants, supermarkets and train station. Thanks to the whole team for the great stay.

The Hofgarten Hotel Luzern is situated on the edge of the historic old town, in a central but quiet location near the lake.
