Breakfast is generous and personalized and even when we needed to leave very early one day, they made an effort to leave a snack for us to go.

We had a major issue with our rental car, and the Hotel staff - particularly Andrea went above and beyond to help us sort it out with the rental company and organised our transfer to Calama for our flight. The location is excellent right in the center of town. The staff are superb.
