There is something very special about this hotel. We stayed 5 nights in total and in our 3 weeks in Patagonia this was our favourite hotel. It's a bit quirky, with a welcoming atmosphere, very pleasant staff and a great restaurant. All rooms and the restaurant have lovely views of the fiord, mountains, birds, fabulous geese and cute dog. 20 minutes easy walk into town (depending on the wind of course!).

Tolle Lage direkt am Rio Serrano. Wir haben praktisch jeden Sonnenaufgang-/untergang miterlebt. Die Aussicht ist einmalig und die Anlage sehr gepflegt. Kein Luxus aber sehr heimelig. Das Essen im Restaurant hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Besonderen Dank an Jennifer für die nette Bedienung an der Bar!

Room was small, but I didn’t need any more space. Bed was VERY comfortable and the staff were pleasant and spoke more English than I did Spanish. Would recommend.

Super nettes Team! Sehr hilfreich, der Manager hat sich sogar angeboten mit uns durchzugehen ob wir für unseren anstehenden Trek alle notwendigen Unterlagen/ Buchungen haben. Der Service ging weit über das normale hinaus. Bestes Hotel in Chile!
