Located in the heart of upscale quiet residential Providencia, Heidelberg Haus offers self-catering apartments with WiFi in a tranquil area of Santiago. Los Leones metro Station is approximately a 10-minute walk away, and Costanera Centre, Latin America's largest shopping centre, is 1 kilometre away. The apartment was spotless with everything that you needed. The location is amazing, it is in a nice, green and safe area in Santiago; we enjoyed strolling around the neighbourhood and visit some restaurants closed by. It is also easily reached by metro, bus or car; that make it easier to get know other places as well. The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. Thank you! We will come back for sure!

Rooms offer views of Santiago, the Andes Mountains or the hotel gardens. We had a fantastic stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The service and housekeeping was on point as you would expect from a Mandarin Oriental, bringing attention to every detail. The pool area transports you to a resort atmosphere, forgetting you are in the middle of the city. The restaurant Matsuri was phenomenal, we ate there on multiple occasion because we wanted to explore all that the menu could offer. A short ballet rendition of the Nutcracker was organized in the lobby around Christmas time which lifted everyone's spirit. Will come back whenever visiting Santiago.

This large 3-bedroom apartment features stylish decoration and is equipped with 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, heating, a seating area and a DVD player. There is a full a kitchenette with a microwave and an oven. Beautiful space in a great location - very secure and safe. Christian was great to deal with. Would stay here again. Very comfortable and clean.

Mercado centrale, Santa Lucia Hill, etc. - great breakfast/ poached eggs were my favorite - food in the restaurant was awesome/ ceviche is fantastic and must try, - pamper yourself with pisco sour in a hotel bar on a terrace with a great view of Santiago and San Cristobal (funicular) - very helpful, nice and kind staff - they gave us great advice about everything whatever question we had!
