Rooms offer views of Santiago, the Andes Mountains or the hotel gardens. We had a fantastic stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The service and housekeeping was on point as you would expect from a Mandarin Oriental, bringing attention to every detail. The pool area transports you to a resort atmosphere, forgetting you are in the middle of the city. The restaurant Matsuri was phenomenal, we ate there on multiple occasion because we wanted to explore all that the menu could offer. A short ballet rendition of the Nutcracker was organized in the lobby around Christmas time which lifted everyone's spirit. Will come back whenever visiting Santiago.

Guests can order room service or relax in the onsite hot tub. I loved my stay for my solo ski trip. The hard working and kind staff made it the most comfortable stay. I particularly loved skiing back to the chalet in the afternoons after a day skiing, to be welcomed at the chalet with drinks for the sunset and three course dinner that followed. Will certainly return
