Good location in Poblado, near a 24/7 grocery store and a couple of malls (with ATMs, monex exchange, etc). The room and facilities were impeccable and clean. WiFi worked fine. Being allowed to check into our rooms at 9am in the morning was very much appreciated. We travel so often, and it has been a long time since we experienced such warm and friendly reception staff. Her breakfasts are amazing, she is lovely to talk to, has plenty of advice about what to do in Jardin and she really goes above and beyond to make her guests happy! I'm already planning on coming back!!!

Nice neighborhood close to restaurants and nightlife. Check-in was very easy and fast. Front desk and restaurant staff very nice and helpful with all requests. Karolin at front desk was very professional and her customer service outstanding! Comfortable bed, spacious room, ample bathroom and shower. I travel between work and leisure at least 14 times per year. This hotel certainly exceeded my expectations and the staff made me feel like home. Kudos to everyone!
