We did experience a lot of ants in the bathroom area. However, overall our experience was great. The staff are very friendly and willing to help in any way. The breakfast was included in our booking and was delicious and plentiful. The hotel has an onsite restaurant which the food and prices were fantastic! I highly recommend Lombok for any future stays. I would definitely return!

The food was also delicious! Special thanks for their attentiveness towards my senior citizen mom, they brought food to her room on a rainy night.
