We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The suite was exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean, and during the winter, wonderfully warm and cozy—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

Das elegante Hotel Beyfin erwartet Sie im Herzen von Cluj-Napoca am zentralen Platz Avram Iancu. Beautiful, clean hotel in a primo location. The room was comfortable with a tiny balcony overlooking the big church. It was walkable to all the tourist sites. Breakfast was delicious and expansive: multiple different types of eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, baked goods, and excellent coffee. But the best part was the hotel shuttle from the airport. I was very nervous ahead of time. My son was arriving at 1:30 am on Friday and I was arriving 12:30 am on Sunday. The middle of the night aspect really concerned me, but the driver was there both times. Plus, there was an issue with luggage on my flight, and I waited for almost 40 minutes. The driver must have called the hotel, who called me. I explained the issue and the driver was still there waiting when I walked out. The front desk staff also held our luggage after checkout to allow us more time to explore the city. All around phenomenal experience.

The hotel is in an excellent location, is very atmospheric and also clean and in good condition. Breakfast was nice and fresh, in a nice dining room.

It was an exceptional accommodation, we had a huge queen room, with beautifully refurbished furniture, the location just in the heart of old town, the check in very easy, and with veeery nice and kind staff :)

Located in the very centre of Zakopane, in the popular Krupówki Street, Labelle offers luxury rooms with a private bathroom. Wi-Fi is free in the entire Villa. Die Rezeptionistin war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns sofort Tipps gegeben, was wir anschauen und wohin wir fahren sollten. Am nächsten Tag hat sie sich direkt erkundigt, wie unser Ausflug verlaufen ist – ein wirklich persönlicher und aufmerksamer Service. Der Frühstücksraum ist klein, aber sehr gemütlich, und das Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Küchenpersonal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach perfekt – mitten im Zentrum, direkt an der Hauptstraße. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar: Geschäfte, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Selbst die Station der Seilbahn zur Aussichtsplattform ist zu Fuß nicht weit entfernt. Dank der Lage im Innenhof war es trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig.
