You can’t ask for a better location. So close to both the castles. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. We loved the restaurant, we had a delicious dinner there.

Surrounded by the Zavoi Park, 300 metres from the centre of Ramnicu Valcea, Grand Hotel Sofianu hosts an art museum with works of 500 representative Romanian plastic artists. Schönes Hotel, sehr schöne Lage, Parkplatz inklusive. Der Park nebenan ist wirklich sehenswert. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal.
