Our two-year-old had a wonderful time as well. The staff is especially kind to children. The hotel smells amazing and is beautifully decorated. We had a room with a view of the water, which was just stunning. You can also book yoga in the morning, which we unfortunately didn’t get to try, but it’s a nice option! We would love to return.

All rooms at Schwarzwaldhotel Sonne include a TV and private bathroom with shower. The location was perfect. 5 minutes away from Baden-Baden. We walked to a nearby waterfall that was great. Newly renovated. Breakfast was the best we have had. Fresh pastries, good coffee, fresh eggs (a la carte!) Would definitely recommend it! And would love to come back! 10 out of 10 :)

Very comfortable and spacious room, excellent location, good breakfast, helpful staff, we really had a good time in Aqua Aurelia. And in Baden-Baden itself, so green and beautiful.

Offering a terrace and a shared lounge, Kleiner Rosengarten has rooms with air conditioning, free WiFi and a cable flat-screen TV. Located in Mannheim, it comes with a restaurant serving Mediterranean cuisine. The room was great, BUT instructions for key things, like the AC, were only in German, so not tourist friendly. Similarly, good luck reading the sign at the unmanned reception... also only in German. It said to call a mobile number (a long distance call, generally) it was also an unmanned mailbox. Eventually I figured out to walk in through the restaurant around the corner where I was greeting in, you guessed it, German (and Italian): I speak neither. So, the instructions for getting into the hotel need help, but once it, it was fabulous. I cannot comment on the restaurant, as we ate elsewhere, but it looked busy.

My room was truly lovely, large and well-appointed, with a great view and a very comfortable bed. I slept very well and enjoyed my stay immensely. The location is spectacular, right on the lake, five minutes from the promenade and everything wonderful about Uberlingen, a magical lake town. I'm so glad I chose this hotel as a home base for a late summer week on Lake Constance.
