Location is perfect and it's a hotel with character. Huge room. Very comfortable. Feels more like home from home. Lovely garden although we didn't use it as it was cold.

They are centrally located on Friedrichstrasse Shopping Street, just a 3-minute walk from the pretty Gendarmenmarkt Square. I’ve never given any hotel a 10 out of 10 in my life — until now. This place is truly exceptional. From the spotless cleanliness and unbeatable location to the incredible attention to detail, everything was just perfect. The suite had everything you could possibly need — nothing was missing. I stayed in a Management Suite, one of their larger rooms, which made the experience even better. If you’re visiting Berlin as a tourist, don’t think twice — this hotel is in a very central area, with a metro station right below and plenty of great restaurants nearby and most importantly a 24/7 supermarket

This 5-star design hotel in central Berlin offers stylish studios and suites with kitchen facilities. It is located opposite the Sony Center in Potsdamer Platz and features an elegant spa, free WiFi and a double Michelin-star restaurant. The Mandala in Berlin was our absolute favorite stay of our entire 2 weeks in Germany. The room was tidy and so so so comfortable, there were days we contemplated staying in instead of going out, it was that good. Shout out to Gerson at the front desk who was incredibly helpful and pleasant and always went above and beyond to assist us. A lot of restaurants and shopping around the hotel and we truly cherished our Berlin stay at The Mandala. 100/10 would recommend!

One day had a medical urgency and the concierge organized a medical doctor to my room. Which was of great help. Very good breakfast .

It offers classical-style rooms, original works of art, and great transport connections. Everything was truly exceptional! This hotel is a real unique gem, immediately entered my top 3 of best hotels globally (and I travel a lot for work). The rooms are stunning, and the beds are amongst the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The hotel itself is beautiful and full of art work, there is a beautiful garden and terrace to sit outside and enjoy. The staff are lovely. Honestly everything succeeded my expectations. I will certainly be back, thank you for everything ❤️

Each hall is big enough to provide six caravans or cabins. Bathrooms are shared in these areas. Super stay! Super clean and friendly staff!
