The Townhouse Dresden offers extremely spacious, well-appointed rooms and suites within walking distance of the Zwinger Palace, the Semper Opera House and the congress centre. My husband and I do not usually eat breakfast so I can only judge from what I saw when I had a coffee on the day we were leaving. The buffet looked sumptuous—many choices were available, and the restaurant itself was very comfortable. Wonderful views through the large windows and tables spaced comfortably apart. A very relaxing and friendly place to have breakfast. The room we stayed in was large and filled with light with a very nice view of the transportation museum. The staff was so friendly and generous with their time. Any request was granted immediately—directions, newspapers, taxis, restaurants, whatever! I can’t praise the staff highly enough! And the room—lots of space to put clothing, great internet, very comfortable bed. Again, I can’t praise highly enough.

Our beautiful holiday home is close to the center and only a few minutes' walk from the Saxon Switzerland National Park. Modernly furnished with Italian flair. Have breakfast on our beautiful terrace or in the conservatory. Use our 24/7 bar and enjoy... Spacious, comfortable and very nice for a family. Right next to the bath and close to the town as well as a good starting point for hiking.

The location is amazing—right in the center of the old town and directly adjacent to the Striezelmarkt (Christmas Market). The buffet breakfast had everything that our family could possibly want, including vegetarian and vegan options, and sparkling wine for a mimosa toast. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, especially the front desk manager (the man with an American English accent—sorry, I didn’t write his name down). This is the second time we’ve stayed here, and hopefully we can do it again soon!
