The breakfast offering is ample and excellent. The customer service is superb and the hotel room clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. The sea view balcony was a bonus. The apartments are modernly furnished and quiet. Each features a kitchenette with a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a fridge and tea and coffee maker. There is a large bathroom with a hairdryer. This was is very spacious, well-decorated, atmospheric, comfortable apartment in an excellent central location in the lower old town. The stairwell is a little second hand but the apartment more than makes up for it. The beds, linen etc. were very good and the kitchen was well kitted out. It was warm and quiet. The hosts let us know the apartment was available from about 10am so we could go straight there, picking up the key from a lock box on the way.

Most offer a view of the hotel’s surroundings, such as the Medieval Old Town and the Gulf of Finland. It has great staff and a beautiful location. We got a room with a sea view on the 21th floor. Amazing. The pool, sauna, and spa are great. The 30th-floor restaurant is highly recommended.

Each room has a flat-screen TV set with multilingual satellite channels, minibar and work desk. Some have a spa bath and/or a sauna. Free toiletries are provided. Our stay was wonderful!! We had the best time at Villa Ammende in December. The hotel was very beautiful and impeccably decorated for Christmas (felt like we were in a Hallmark movie!), the restaurant was fabulous and the food was exquisite. We had a grand tour of the entire villa by Stifen and learned so much! The rich history of this hotel was amazing! The personnel of the hotel were amazing and their attention to detail was magnificent. I would definitely go back and I highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Parnu!

The friendliness and eagerness to help of the hotel staff is worth mentioning too. Would love to return!
