Facilities are awesome, everything at your disposal at any given moment of the day. Staff is always smiling, welcoming, warm and professional. They give their best to make your stay exceptional. I would like to add the most amazing desk manager Omar Aly, this guy took the best care of us, made sure we are well taken cared of.

Rooms big, spotless, and comfortable. Staff is exceptionally friendly, even the ground crew and security. Drinks are well made and queues minimal. Snorkeling from the pier is awesome and easily accessible. Registration staffer Husam was exceptionally helpful as was concierge staff Edem and Alexandra. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!!

This 5-star resort is located in the heart of Hurghada and offers air-conditioned rooms with a private balcony. The staff were very friendly. namely Mr Helmy Emad! everyone smiled at us. They were very keen we had a perfect nice stay. The food was good.

It’s very close to the downtown, most of the places like shops and restaurants are very close by walking.
