I recommend a taxi, because it is uphill. The location is great for seeing historic Girona. The room is beautifully appointed in an historic building, which more than made up for the absence of views from the windows. The breakfast was excellent with a very comfortable well designed and appointed dining room as well. It is a friendly location for cyclists with nice display case homage to the sport in the hotel lobby area. We came as tourists, not cyclists and we appreciated the great walks from the hotel in the heart of historic Girona.

Set in the centre of Tossa de Mar, Hotel Marblau Tossa is just 250 metres from Platja Gran Beach. It offers bright, spacious rooms with flat-screen TV. We had a perfect stay here! The hotel is very cozy, comfortable, and just a short walk from the beaches. I’ve honestly never stayed in such a spotless place — everything was exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable, the atmosphere was quiet, and the breakfasts were excellent with a wide variety of food. The owners are incredibly kind and responsive, which made the stay even more special. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Canyelles Platja ligt aan de kust, net buiten Roses. De accommodatie biedt directe toegang tot het strand. Everything was great. I would even say amazing. Facilities are great, beach is right there and there is an underground walkway from the hotel to the beach with showers and restrooms. Beach is incredible with the best views and hiking paths to the other beaches. Breakfast was phenomenal as well as dinner. I would definitely consider coming back. Wonderful place.
