The staff were amazing, welcoming, and extremely helpful with anything we asked about! In advance, we were given the city bus number and price to ride from the north airport down to South Tenerife! Saved hundreds of euros! The location was perfect in that across the street and down the steps was the beach, and restaurants and shops were an easy walk. Sunshine Cafe, located right beside Flamingo Suites, was great with wonderful staff and delicious coffee and food! The temperature of the pool was just right for our daily relaxation before our tapas and wine on our large deck overlooking the pool. Nightlife was rocking all around us, but our suite was silent.

The lobby and piano bar were great to relax as v spacious. Great evening entertainment in the piano bar. Infinity pool was anazing. Plenty of seating and toilet facilities near pool. Great animation team. Belinda near reception car hire desk great for excursions. Restaurant tables outside nice atmosphere. Great food choices.and lovely waiting staff v attentive Sara, Elizabeth, Magby. Fridge in room and great english channels.

Das Cleopatra liegt gegenüber dem Strand El Camisón im Süden Teneriffas. Very nice hotel right on the beautiful beach. Clean and comfortable room facing the ocean. Very good breakfast. Attentive personnel. Fast Wi-Fi in rooms and public spaces. We stayed at Cleopatra place for the second time and will definitely return again.

The staff, the content, the fun. I would single out chef David (hocus pocus) and also Giorgia from the pool bar. They are so nice, special and dedicated to every guest.

The bed was extremely comfortable and so too was the pillow. We were a family of four and we all had a great night's sleep. The apartment was extremely clean. We LOVED the fact that there were two showers and two toilets. Large apartment. Lots of little extras like a bottle of wine upon arrival, coffee, washing up liquid, shampoo and shower gel. Plenty of towels. Hairdryer. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to shops and bars and restaurants. When we were leaving they even offered us the use of shower facilities with clean towels and a hairdryer. Couldn't fault this apartment. Extremely reasonable. Cabana bar was also great value. We didn't eat at the bar so I can't comment on the food but the drinks were lovely and very reasonably priced.

Lovely hotel with great staff (except a couple in the restaurant but they were run off their feet). Excellent breakfast buffet and decent dinner for a very good value. Yoga and other classes from rooftop decks. Nice pool area. Right on the beach with great views. Close to restaurants but super quiet. We were the youngest people there but still enjoyed the nightly entertainment and found the lack of kids and young partiers a relief!
