The location is excellent — all the main streets, the beach, and the promenade are just a short walk away. The apartment was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Towels were changed regularly, and cleaning was done several times during our stay. Check-in was smooth, and on our last day, we were able to leave our bags at the reception due to a late flight. The staff was very friendly, and communication was excellent throughout.

Comfortable room, bed, bathroom; simple and sweet breakfast in the morning; friendly owner with many advices. Loved it!

Room Mate Oliveira - City Centre, Valencia is within 5 minutes’ walk of Valencia’s main square, its cathedral and Xàtiva Metro Station. It offers beautiful rooms. Room had nice touches like a Nespresso machine, steamer and plugs by the beds with lights. The hotel is so central but the rooms are very quiet. A/C worked well and was easy to control. Staff booked our airport taxi which took a lot of the stress away for us and kept our bags until we took it.

The room was clean and large and the staff helped us and was patient with us even though we don't speak English nor Spanish and mostly used a translation application.
