Walking distance to the main areas, quiet location for sleeping, lovely rooms that are very cosy, extremely accomodating hosts. Would stay there again and recommend highly to others.

Elegant en suite bathrooms come with free toiletries. Beautiful hotel, decoration was a perfect mix of eclectic and classic French. My husband and I booked it for a short couple's getaway. It is located at a very quiet street yet only a 10-minute walk to the historic centre, away but close from all the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was fabulous and so was dinner which was accommodated on short request. And this was on Bastille Day! I would certainly recommend it.

Les Chambres d'Art, a property with a garden, is located in Bordeaux, 1 km from Stone Bridge, 1 km from Great Bell Bordeaux, as well as 1.3 km from Museum of Aquitaine. The property has inner courtyard and quiet street views, and is 500 metres from Saint-Michel Basilica. The bed and breakfast features family rooms. Mr. Bruno was an excellent host, as many have confirmed, as well as his wife. He was there to welcome us even though it was a bit early and offered many useful advice on how to get around town and what to do everyday. Breakfasts were always good. The room was big and the bed was good (we booked a Triple room). The house was nicely decorated and welcoming. The bathroom and toilet was a bit outdated and needed an upkeep but they were in working condition. The house has no lift so not convenient for people with disability or have huge luggages that need to be carried upstairs. The hotel location was close to the Capuchin market and other historical places and not too far from the train station so it's handy for people travelling from the airport with the Bus 1 or the Tram. But it's quite far from the old town quarters and the shopping streets so if you want to be close to those, you may have to prepare to walk up to 30 minutes or to use the Trams for transport daily (we used the trams everyday, very convenient). Overall, for us we would stay here again if we are in Bordeaux because now we know how to get around the city. Thanks Mr. Bruno very much for the nice stay of 4 nights in Bordeaux !

The garden was beautiful, and the rooms were fascinating: lavishly furnished, and clearly created by someone with flair and imagination. Our dinner in the restaurant was absolutely delicious.

It is located in the centre of Tours, just a 6-minute walk from the city’s cathedral. We highly recommend. The accommodation was spacious, clean, quiet and tastefully decorated. The host was very helpful and fun to be around.
