Guest rooms are equipped with flat-screen satellite TV and en suite facilities. The rooms were clean,spacious and as shown in the pictures. The staff was helpful and courteous.

We've stayed here before and knew a family room was perfect for us so we could have more space. The shuttles to Disneyland were always prompt with friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely stay here again.

This residence is located 1.9 km from Disneyland Resort Paris and is 50 metres from RER Station Val d’Europe, which gives direct access to Paris city centre. It offers well-equipped modern furnished apartments and studios, and free Wi-Fi access. Hotel is in a really good location, you can find near cafes, restaurants, even a shopping mall and the best , Disney land it’s just one stop with the train. Receptionists were so friendly and helpful. Fully recommended if you need a place to stay near Disneyland

From 18:00, guests can enjoy budget-friendly meals including pizza, pasta, salad and desserts at the hotel's snack bar. A perfect location, so fancy for the price we paid. Given the experience with the general B&B hotel concept, this was out of the world.

Connecting studios can also be requested. The location is excellent and the room is very clean and comfortable. Very good value for money.

Atmosphere and staff! Amazing staff - staff are so polite and friendly, interact with guests and very personable! I did notice some guests were quite difficult and rude at times to the bar staff and one guest asked for a manager, which was unfair as the guests were unreasonable! I just want to let you know I travelled with my husband and child and what makes the experience was how amazing your staff are, you truly have a great team of staff! 10 stars for customer service and hospitality!

Clean, friendly staff, very safe and secure, they have their own shuttle service to and from disneyland which runs the whole day (( huge advantage )) , I really regret not staying here on my previous trips to Disneyland
