With free Wi-Fi and free parking for up to 18 cars, this contemporary country-style house is situated in Bourton-on-the-Water – known as the “little Venice of the Cotswolds”. Cheltenham is a 25-minute drive away. Amazing little hotel right in the centre this beautiful village. Ample parking for guests. The room was adjacent to the parking lot on the ground level which was really convenient. The room was large, very clean, very comfy and big bed like in the best hotels. The staff was very friendly and helpful (Simone). The hotel has a wonderful bar and excellent restaurant for the evening meal. Absolutely no need to go looking elsewhere although we were also recommended a great burger place just opposite the hotel for lunch. The breakfast was lovely, buffet style - cereals, cheeses, yoghurts and continental, plus tea/coffee and eggs to order.

Set in Shipston on Stour, 16 km from Walton Hall, The Old Kiln House has a garden, parking on-site and rooms with free WiFi access. The property has garden and inner courtyard views, and is 18 km from Royal Shakespeare Company. The property offers soundproof units and is located 27 km from Warwick Castle. Bridget thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The bedroom decor was lovely, lots of lovely little touches including bottled water, fresh milk each day for our tea and coffee, great walk in shower, heated towel rail. She welcomed us on arrival with a little drink and snack. Breakfast each day was delicious and the ingredients were as locally sources as they could be. She offered to make dinner reservations for us and was generally a great attentive host. Would love to go back. Thank you Bridget!
