The staff were very friendly, supportive and understanding, helped wherever I needed information, and managed everything very quickly.
The staff had made every effort in a personable, friendly and congenial manner.
They assisted with my heavy bags of luggage when I arrived. The food was very good indeed and i enjoyed my stay.

Check in was efficient and friendly, room was stylishly decorated. Pool area is delightful with loungers, fluffy towels and cold water provided. Pool is also heated. Breakfast was great. The hotel was really busy but it was staffed well to cope. It was our wedding anniversary and the hotel provided a card and cake which was a lovely and delicious gesture.
