Lovely big rooms with a great view of St Peter Port harbour. Staff were very accommodating and gave us a late check out. I really thought this hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed in across the UK

Very comfortable,quiet room,clean,warm and with everything we needed. Comfortable bed good quality bedlinen.
Pleasant afternoon tea,very good evening meal and nice breakfast with plenty on offer.
We even had the added bonus of Shaun helping us to change our flat tyre the next morning!

Daughter stayed there for birthday gift and they gave her a little birthday cake without anyone asking. So nice. Room was lovely. Excellent location.

Check in was efficient and friendly, room was stylishly decorated. Pool area is delightful with loungers, fluffy towels and cold water provided. Pool is also heated. Breakfast was great. The hotel was really busy but it was staffed well to cope. It was our wedding anniversary and the hotel provided a card and cake which was a lovely and delicious gesture.
