The property is 0.7 miles from Drumnadrochit and 1.5 miles from Urquhart Castle. The wonderful atmosphere in both the bar & restaurant, were we enjoyed some great meals,whiskeys & wines. Rooms were newly renovated, clean & comfortable.

The room is very modern and has all facilities. The owner had lovely tastes in the colour matched decor and provides very small but exclusive touches to make you feel welcomed. She is very responsive and provides an excellent breakfast, the choices are taken the previous day. One feels very much at home at this location. Very positive experience and highly recommended for a stay.

Breakfast including locally sourced produce. There is also a secure bicycle storage at the property. The host, Lynda was very friendly and helpful as well as being accommodating. She was willing to give recommendations for places to go for dinner and she loaned us a scale to weigh our luggage. The breakfast was beautiful, with a homemade cake. The property itself was very well located as well with access to parking, and the host provided us with a parking permit.

Located in Thurso and only 23 km from Sinclair's Bay, Valleyview House provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. It is set 17 km from The Castle Gardens of Mey and features luggage storage space. Really nice calm neighbourhood close to Thurso centre. Rooms were nice, spacious and clean inclusing all necessities. The cutest highland cows are in the back yard
