Everything! We were able to extend our stay to 4 nights and were given a discount by the manager. The manager was able to let us remain in the same suite by changing others booking around. He was most accommodating. As requested, we were allotted a suite over looking the Clyde - though this was almost dry, due to recent draught weather; but we won't hold that against them!

Everything - location was great as a stepping stone to journey to the Highlands. Bar area was spacious, staff helpful and breakfast was good.
We were delighted that on arrival we were upgraded to a suite. The room was great and had a jacuzzi bath.

Cannot Fault this Hotel. We've just had our 1st Grandbaby, 2 days old, and needed to come up from Hull to meet him and wanted to bring our own fur baby. No problem and only £10 per night extra for her to stay and she was allowed in the Restaurant/Bar with us.
Gorgeous Building.

The staff were so nice and pleasant, very welcoming and helpful. We loved the use of the jacuzzi and pool also they have a bit where if you forget your goggles you can buy a pair which is good. The room was immaculate, love the comfy beds and the kids enjoyed the complimentary drinks and cookies. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. The location of it was lovely too and had a nice view.

The room was decorated beautifully. Bed was amazing and pillows were great. Bathroom was lovely and the shower was relaxing.
Staff were friendly and hotel ambience was quaint. Had a very classy feel to it.
The wifi was good and didn't require information to login and had sky TV which js always nice.

Staff were lovely. Katie and her Mum Sue were very friendly and welcoming. Bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was nice and clean. Meal was delicious in the restaurant and breakfast was lovely also. Restaurant menu isn't cheap but it's a nice calming classy setting so you get what you pay for. Too pricey for me to be doing as much as I'd like to. Will definitely be back and will be bringing my daughters and my mother as would be a nice girls overnight stay aswell as for couples.
