Great location just off the motorway, easy to find, but no traffic noise, and a few footpaths for a walk on arrival. Smallish room but stylish and clean. All the staff were really friendly. Carvery supper was an unexpected bonus and breakfast was excellent.

The staff were incredible. Very intensive, knowledgeable and smiley. Dinner was perfect. Able to cater for our dietary requirements without fuss. Lots of flavour & great portion sizes. I definitely recommend the Thai Curry. Breakfast choice was amazing too. Again catering for all diets.

Everything from the room to the staff and location. The hotel is always decorated beautifully and in winter the fire’s on in reception. Maria’s greeting and help added added that special touch.

Great place to stay when going to watch snooker. I was there for the second time and will be there for the third time when I watch snooker at Crucible again. Breakfast was great, there was even oatmeal. Moreover, it was not kept warm for hours, but freshly made after asking the staff. The bar and restaurant was the perfect place for a quick and tasty meal between snooker sessions.
