It is only 5 minutes' walk from the cafés, shops, bars and restaurants, as well as a cinema. The location was perfect, breakfast was delicious and the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. They were fantastic.

Situated in the town of Pitlochry, Atholl Villa Guest House is a privately owned Victorian building, offering views of Ben Vrackie. It has free parking and retains many original features, such as open fireplaces and wooden sash windows. A splendid villa very near the center of the town. Ample parking at the premises. Nice room with a good bed and bathroom en suite. James is an excellent host who made is feel most welcome. The breakfast is very good!

It was magical, the property was beautiful, friendly and kind staff. Fireside music was amazing. Christmas decorations and market was very beautiful. Highly recommend
