We wanted a room with a kitchenette, which came in handy, and there is free laundry on site which was a huge plus for our longer term traveling needs. We even had some free social hours in the evening with beer and snacks, just overall very nice.

Bespoke cocktails are made by expert mixologists in the bar and there is also an on-site 24-hour fitness centre. There is also free Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel. I love the location, very close to the train station, also really close to the Bullring. The mall was very walkable as well, there were historic museums in the area that was walkable. The rooms were clean and modern . Breakfast was amazing.

There is an idyllic hidden courtyard and a French bistro. The hotel is in the business area and so it was lovely and quiet at the weekend. The hotel is stylish and established - lovely quality. We stayed in the hotel for dinner and the food and service was great.
