Everything, the location is close to city centre, attention to detail, super clean, comfy, spacious. My kids loved it.

The house is amazing, the lady who welcomed us was friendly, helpful and kind. We stayed with our pets and we all had a great stay. The breakfast was in a lovely Victorian dining room. The B&B is 15 minutes walking distance from the center of the city and it has services around. we highly recommend this property and if we come back to York, for sure it will be our choice.

The building is a Grade II Listed Regency townhouse with sash windows, high ceilings, a sweeping central staircase, and ivy around the door. Inside you’ll find pantries stocked full of treats, great restaurant food throughout the day, drinks from the bar and a spa centred on bespoke therapies. Comfortable beddings, very clean hotel. The location is great, not too far from the minster and the train station. They can pick up your luggage from the station, very convenient! We also loved the pantry area, so generous!
