Room and pool area was very clean. Walking distance to the city center of Fira. 10/10 recommend.

A state-of-the art fitness centre and sauna are also available. -Staff reception were all amazing and happy to help especially Thanos & Dimitris. -Breakfast was superp. -room size was perfect. -Free upgrade was very kind -Perfect location few min walk to beach and easy access to town by bus -Complementary transfer to port was very generous although i had to go from & to the port almost 4 times but they were kind enough to provide.

As soon as I stepped into the room, it felt like I was in a scene from a movie: everything was spotless, bright, and serene. Each morning, I felt like royalty when breakfast time. Grotta Hotel is situated on a beautiful hillside, overlooking Naxos Town, yet only a short walk from the beach.

Guests can enjoy a generous breakfast served in the sunny breakfast room, a drink at the sitting area and stunning views at the spacious veranda, which overlooks the sea. The rooms were comfortable, 7 minutes walk to the main street, great service.

The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful enough to enjoy a good night's rest. However, the absolute highlight of my stay was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. Their warm hospitality truly made my experience unforgettable.
