Front desk staff was exceptionally kind and made sure we felt welcomed and appreciated. The room was small but cozy and well designed, with modern touches, and every part of the room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was impressive, with hot options as well as cold ones (everything was so fresh!). The building is right downtown in the Plaka, with easy walking access to restaurants, shops, monuments... it was ideal! There's parking directly across the street, which is very handy. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the Sweet Home and would definitely return!

The best hospitality. It felt like we were coming home! Clean room great breakfast ever. Will definitely be back. It was peaceful environment. Good location. They have extensive menu and they made a wonderful coffee for us every morning and greeted us by name. Clean environment and marble floors.

We loved the location of the Galaxy Hotel, the coffee machine in our room, the morning breakfast buffet, the comfortable bed, the gym, the pool area and the staff. Our room was small but everything was perfect. Our rental car was secure in the gated parking area, plus we were only 10 minutes from the Iraklio Airport for our early morning flight.
