Great location inside the castle walls and close to hundreds of cafes and eating places. Easy walking distance to town and the lake. Staff were exceptional..always cheerful and willing to help. Changed breakfast when they realised we weren't eating the bread and sweet foods and provided fresh fruit, yoghurt salad and eggs instead. Highly recommend Hotel Kastro.

Very nice and cosy place, friendly staff. We would definitely like to book it again while visiting Kale. It's worth staying in Kale for a few days at least. The room was clean & spacious, with nice interior. In general, the hotel is also located in the old centre near the castle . Breakfast was great and included some homemade local diesserts.

Das Frühstück ist ein Traum, extra leckere Kuchen, liebevoll gefüllte frische Croissants, frisch zubereitete Omelette, Obst in Hülle und Fülle, u.v.m., alles serviert mit einem freundlichen Lächeln. This was my first stay at Aithrio, and it can only be described as the perfect 3-day holiday. The room was exactly like the pictures. It was super comfortable, warm and really clean with a lovely fireplace. The best part was our wonderful host, Olga that went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. She had a ton of information on what activities to do in the area was really friendly and inviting. And the breakfast she makes every morning set us up perfectly for a long day of exploring Zagoroxoria.
