With all the lakes within walking distance the surrounding nature offers many opportunities for hiking. Perfect location to visit the national park and thanks to the suggestions of Matjia we had a very good trip with our children. The apartment we booked is very nice and many details make the stay very pleasant amd comfortable and let us know how much the staff want to let the guests feeling like at home. We had a very good dinner and perfectly cooked grilled meat and important to say they are prepared to manage gluten free dishes. We would definitely come back if we visit anither time the Plitvice National Park.

Only 1.5 km from the Entrance 2 to Plitvice Lakes National Park, this family-run guest house offers en-suite rooms with flat-screen satellite TV and free WiFi access. The accommodation units are located within the two separate houses. My room was bright and peaceful. I slept so well both nights of my stay. I also enjoyed spending each morning and evening on the balcony with a view of a large mountain in the distance. I highly recommend adding breakfast to your stay as it is an incredible display of foods served buffet style. I hope to be back someday soon.

Enjoying a picturesque location only 400 metres from Lake Kozjak, the biggest lake of Plitvice Lakes National Park, the Etno Garden Apartments in Plitvice Selo are surrounded by a forest and lush meadows. Restaurant serves meals prepared with fresh locally sourced ingredients. Location was what we needed, the staff made us feel welcome. On arrival everything was explained and we were offered lunch for our tour of the lakes which we accepted and was ready for us when we left early the next morning. Definitely recommend Etno Garden Apartments.

Villa Mukinja - Wellness & Spa is located on a quiet and peaceful spot in the centre of Plitvice Lakes National Park, a 10-minute walk from the lakes. It offers free Wi-Fi and free access to the Finnish sauna and hot tub. The property is located near the entrance #2 of the national park and is extremely clean. The room is surprisingly big in comparison to other properties I’ve stayed at. Highly recommend.

Set in a quiet area and isolated from the main road, the property features free WiFi and a flat-screen TV in all rooms. Wonderful location only a few minutes from the park, excellent breakfast, cosy room but best of all was the helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming staff!

It had everything to entertain our kids and to keep us comfortable. We loved that there was a nice restaurant & wellness on site. Rooms were charming and comfortable. Both reception and restaurant staff tried their best to fulfill all our wishes. We will definitely be back!
