We experienced a very warm welcome by our host. He has been very supportive and gave great advice for restaurants and organized taxi etc. The joint breakfast room offers a stunning view and the entire place was very clean, all stuff was extremely friendly. Breakfast is simple. Location is slightly uphill but in walking distance to all major points of interest in that small city of Labuan Bajo.

The bed and pillow super comfy, big room, everything new and perfectly clean; nice balcony. Definitely would go back there. Very close to the dock, tours information spots and some coffee shops.
