The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful, always responding to our needs immediately, whether we needed advice or assistance. Even though we arrived early in the morning, we were warmly welcomed. The air conditioning had been turned on in advance, and mosquito repellent was prepared in the room at our request. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was tastefully designed. We appreciated the daily cleaning and the fresh water provided each morning. The à la carte breakfast, complemented by a fresh fruit bowl, was generous and delicious. The dinner was also excellent every night – we can truly recommend the food. We loved the beautiful, lush tropical garden, the relaxing pool, and the attention to detail that made our stay feel like a piece of paradise. Every evening, we received a sweet bedtime story, which was such a unique and thoughtful touch. There’s also a small convenience store right across from the entrance, which came in handy. The reception team was always ready to help – whether we needed a ride or tips on local attractions, their support was outstanding. We wholeheartedly recommend Sri Ratih to anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming, and beautiful place to stay in Bali!
