aStayed at Novotel for 4 nights as Royal Heritage was closed. We each had a suite at Novotel. the manager #2 was excellent. Very friendly and efficient. The waitress Fanny was excellent ...very helpful and friendly. The Driver was also excellent.

We truly enjoyed our stay here and felt very comfortable throughout. The room was spotless, the air conditioning was pleasantly cool, and the staff deserves a perfect 100 out of 100. My husband was especially impressed and would definitely love to stay here again whenever we visit Purwokerto. We sincerely hope you will continue to maintain this excellent standard. It would also be wonderful if, in the future, there could be a small café similar to a “7E Café” offering quick bites such as bakery items, sausages, or instant noodles—something convenient for guests who are in a hurry and unable to go up to the second floor for breakfast. It would also be helpful for families or children who get hungry after swimming. Perhaps this concept could be placed at the mini pool bar, which seems to be inactive at the moment. Of course, strict hygiene and proper protocols would be essential to ensure cleanliness even while serving fast food options. Thank you for the delightful experience!
