I liked how the staff was attentive and friendly towards our needs. Huge kudos to the front desk reception staff. When it comes to the rooom, I enjoyed the comfy bed and size of the room--fit for a king! The location is also very strategic, located on top of a mall and close to almost everywhere in Surabaya.

It was allowed to book 1 room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids), but there was only one queen bed. Lovely staff helped to organize the second room for kids on the same floor. Nice view, comfortable beds, generous breakfast with a combination of traditional and European dishes. Kids enjoyed the pool and gym. The gym is not big, but enough for a workout with weights and some other equipment. Drinking water is on every floor.

Echt tolles Hotel! Der Pool vor den Kokos Bäumen liegt traumhaf, das Ambiente ist super! Das Frühstück ist unglaublich umfangreich und schmeckt sehr gut. Ebenso isst man im Restaurant wirklich gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei allen Angelegenheiten super unterstützt incl Abholung vom Bahnhof und Shuttle zum Flughafen Surabaya
