The staff at the reception were excellent, especially the gentleman I spoke to before arrival and the same guy I met when I arrived. I called earlier to see if I could check in earlier than 3 pm. due to a change in flight ETA. He said he would try and sort something. On I arrival, i only planned to just stay in the lounge until check in time, but he recognized me as I walked in and approached the counter. He called me by name and said he had sorted a room for me. I was so happy. I was able to rest after a long journey. Brilliant service.

The room was very cosy and comfortable. Proper shower instead of climbing into a bath was really good. Good selection of choices for breakfast and food in bar was lovely too. Very busy so booking a time slot is a must.

Stunning hotel and immaculate grounds. Lovely walking track around it, spa is gorgeous really nice place to completely switch off.
