Eclellent hotel ! Great breakfast, with many choises and with very polite personel, we have asked to change our room due to some noises and they immediately accepted ! Our turk friend in the reception helped us a lot!

We had a room with a small shower when we checked in but was transferred to a bigger more comfortable room commensurate to the price we paid, with big thanks to Aiza and Anastacia at the reception.

We stayed the first night in Merrion Dublin, due to the fact that it Merrion was no. 1 on Trip Advisor, undoubtedly Merrion has a charming location, in a very respectable district, also with a beautiful internal garden, but apart from that, we do not regret that we chose Anantara for our next stay, because the stay was wonderful, different but also great - extremely comfortable room, great beds, beautiful bedding, royal bathroom, very nice service, plus a view from the window of the modern part of the city and the docks. The staff at the reception were excellent, especially the gentleman I spoke to before arrival and the same guy I met when I arrived. I called earlier to see if I could check in earlier than 3 pm. due to a change in flight ETA. He said he would try and sort something. On I arrival, i only planned to just stay in the lounge until check in time, but he recognized me as I walked in and approached the counter. He called me by name and said he had sorted a room for me. I was so happy. I was able to rest after a long journey. Brilliant service.
