We stayed for about 3 days here, and we really enjoyed the place and its savory and tasty foods; it's home to us. They have the most amazing staff: kind and friendly. The place is so tidy, with everything in its place. We want to thank Shirley for being so good to us and letting us experience the majestic beauty of Herods Palace. She really has a good soul. The UNESCO-protected Masada Ruins are 20 km away. We were upgraded to a suite with an amazing view over the desert till the dead sea and with a jacuzzi. Team is very attentive, they even found a yoga mat for me. There is coffee, tea and cookies in the lobby, they give good hiking hints. Breakfast is amazing prepared with a lot of love for details.

It features an Arabesque pool area and a large spa. Everything. Especially, Rinat, The shift manager, who showed excellent servicability and kindness. All the staff members were very nice and hekpful, but Rinat especially, was above them all.

The hotel has an exclusive culinary complex with 6 seating areas, each designed with a different style and atmosphere: Greek, Spanish, Italian, French, Moroccan and the captain's table. The food was absolutely amazing! Often the food at these sorts of places looks amazing but tastes average, but here the food looked amazing and tasted just as good!

The accommodation features room service, a concierge service and currency exchange for guests. due to current events (israel/palestine war), i actually canceled my stay at this property because this was booked a week weeks prior to the war. upon landing in aqaba, jordan, i actually heard word that the israel/jordan border crossing had since closed. during the traveling process though, i did message the hotel from the website, and they were always very nice and responsive. i notified them that i would not be staying at the hotel for the 1 night booked, but since the room was non-refundable, please allow anyone fleeing from the violence who needs room and board, to use my room for the night. they were very kind, and i hope some displaced residents were able to have at least one night of peaceful sleep.
