We stayed for about 3 days here, and we really enjoyed the place and its savory and tasty foods; it's home to us. They have the most amazing staff: kind and friendly. The place is so tidy, with everything in its place. We want to thank Shirley for being so good to us and letting us experience the majestic beauty of Herods Palace. She really has a good soul. Thank you so much; we would love to come back again..

All the staff members were very nice and hekpful, but Rinat especially, was above them all.

The hotel has an exclusive culinary complex with 6 seating areas, each designed with a different style and atmosphere: Greek, Spanish, Italian, French, Moroccan and the captain's table. The room was lovely and having a kitchenette was very practical for a longer stay (a BIG advantage, as not many hotels in Eilat have one). The territory was beautiful too, with many inviting places to lounge outside. A lot of activities and entertainment.

We had a great stay in the brown Eilat hotel. the hotel is new renovated and the interiors design is just beautiful, with a lot of details. Great, great hotel staff and check in. We had a warm welcome with champagne and other drinks, we got a free room upgrade. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. We brought our dog without us and there was no problem at all. Great breakfast with an amazing variety and the food is very tasty. Always again!
