From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was warmly greeted by a doorman with a mustache, and the refreshing rose water offered at check-in set a wonderful tone for my visit. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely shower and plenty of complimentary drinking water. I was also impressed by the delicious breakfast, which offered a wide variety of food and beverages, with some items made to order hot and fresh. The breakfast was so delightful that it made me excited to start each day, eager to enjoy both the delicious food and the warm smiles that greeted me The restaurant staff were exceptionally attentive, well-mannered, and friendly, always eager to ensure a positive experience. This same level of service was evident across all departments especially with the Executive Housekeeper, her exceptional service left a lasting impression on me, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her attention and assistance. The gym was well-maintained and clean, and I felt safe there, knowing security was always present just outside the gate. Additionally, I appreciated the thoughtful evening check-ins by housekeeping, offering any assistance I may have needed, which demonstrated the hotel's genuine care for its guests. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the Civil Line metro station, restaurants, hospital, and convenience stores. Maiden Hotel will always be my sanctuary away from home, and I will wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Delhi.

Located just 100 metres from the New Delhi Railway Station, Hotel The Prime Balaji Deluxe, City Centre, With Free Airport Pickup operates a 24-hour front desk to assist guests at all hours. Amazing experience and stay. The room was clean and the food was delicious, especially the complementary breakfasts in the mornings. Anchit was very helpful throughout our stay and Arvind too at the front desk were very helpful organizing our trips around the city. The location is close to the station making tourists attractions easily accessible.

Located just a 20-minute drive away from the Delhi International Airport, JW Marriott Hotel New Delhi Aerocity features a full-service spa, 4 food and beverage outlets and an outdoor swimming pool. Everything! Amazing property, amazing staff members, amazing food! Breakfast buffet especially was the best I’ve ever seen. Everything you can think of under one roof!! Exceptional. I would like to specifically mention Pushparaj, amazing staff member and also the reception staff super helpful and quick during check in and check out, unfortunately I can’t remember their names but 2 really sweet gentleman. The door guard was also amazingly friendly as well as everyone who helped us during our transit travel from the airport to the hotel and back.

Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter war außerordentlich gut. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und jederzeit bereit bei allen Fragen und Wünschen zu helfen. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Die Lage des Hauses ist als Ausgangspunkt für sightseeing ideal. Shops, Restaurants, Apotheke, Geldwechsel alles direkt um die Ecke. Ich war bereits mehrfach in dem Hotel und werde es wieder buchen, wenn ich in Delhi bin.

I had booked a Deluxe Room but arrived very late at around 3 AM. Despite that, they kindly gave me a Family Suite for the night — a much costlier room — but only charged me the Deluxe rate. Even better, they didn’t ask me to shift the next day, so I stayed in the suite the whole time. I really appreciate their generosity and warm service, especially the receptionists — very polite and helpful. Among all hotels I’ve stayed at in Paharganj, this one is the best. This was my second stay here, and I’ll surely come again.
