The staff was excellent: very polite, helpful, and friendly. My room was beautiful, spacious and clean with excellent amenities. I also enjoyed a lovely Keralan-style massage at their Ayurvedic Centre. Food was tasty and the menu had a good choice of varieties.

Located in the old French town along Suffren Street, Villa Shanti is just a 3-minute walk from the famous Promenade Beach. The hotel has a very pleasant and cozy atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The restaurant was excellent — the chef adapted the dishes to our needs and everything was delicious. The staff was extremely kind, always attentive, and helped us with everything. An incredible place — we’ll definitely be back!

Diese von einem Garten umgebene 5-Sterne-Unterkunft wurde ursprünglich als Residenz des Bürgermeisters erbaut und liegt 5 Gehminuten vom Strand Pondicherry entfernt. Der ganze Aufenthalt war rundum super. Das Zustellbett wurde umgehend in dem sehr großen und sehr sauberen Zimmer aufgebaut. Die Zimmer sind sehr stilvoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war perfekt, mit allem was dazugehört.

Mit einem Restaurant, das indische und internationale vegetarische Küche serviert, erwartet Sie das Treebo South Avenue, direkt gegenüber dem Bahnhof Pondicherry, eine 10-minütige Fahrt vom Puducherry... This is my second time coming here. I really liked it. Rooms are very nice and clean. I really like that it is very close to everywhere from here. The railway station, beach, shops are all nearby. What more could you want? Likewise, whenever we ask for anything, they immediately do what we need. The staff is very respectful and kind. Especially since I asked for a room early in the morning. Similarly, they had my room ready for me at the time I asked. It is very happy. I didn't have to wait that long at the reception either. The reservation was done easily and I got the room immediately. Thanks for the staff and team ❤️. I requested that I have the same room as the last time I went, as I had requested. I was very happy that they prepared the same room for me... Once again thank u Team.

The swimming pool on the roof was a real bonus and had stunning views of the city. Couldn't fault it.

The location is unbeatable—right along the seaside, with vibrant and lively surroundings in the evening that truly bring Pondicherry to life. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help, from the reception to housekeeping, the bar, and the restaurant. The breakfast: excellent, a wide variety of delicious options. I also loved the pool area—it’s a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The entire hotel was clean and well-maintained, adding to the comfort of the stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Pondicherry!
