The rooms are simple and a bit dark but have everything you need, including working aircon. The restaurant was good - I highly recommend the banana fritters!!! The staff was most helpful, particularly the general manager, Pandey, who made us feel truly welcome and supported!

The hotel is a nice oasis in busy Varanasi. Excellent location, you can get to the main ghats walking. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly, especially Kanishka at the reception and Suhel in the restaurant. The breakfast is simple, but Suhel always brought us something extra, so at the end we had a nice breakfast. The dinners in the restaurant were delicious, many non-spicy options. Highly recommended for foreign tourists

The entertainment during dinner was excellent. The duo, Om and Krishna were very professional and having good hold on music. The terrace restaurant and swimming pool were excellent . Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Lot's of privacy and no noise at all coming from outside. The rooftop restaurant on top of the once downstairs was a treat. Especially the little balcony on the most top part of the hotel, with a view on the Taj Mahal was a great spot to work in the morning. It's just a ten to fifteen minute walk to the Taj Mahal. Lot's of restaurants and shops around if you want to eat out. There is an English restaurant right next to the hotel if you prefer a more western diet.
