The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They made us feel at home and went out of their way to ensure we had a smooth stay. Even when we had a small issue during our visit, the management handled it with professionalism and kindness, which really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Milan — both for leisure and business. We will definitely come back!

It features free WiFi. We had the most amazing room with a balcony and view of the Alps. Stunning. We also made use of the terraces on the opposite side. Beautiful hotel and location. Staff were attentive and friendly. Great service.
