I booked the big room at Palazzo Martellini for our family of four mostly because of the location and price. I couldn't be happier w/ our room or the staff. The room is amazing for two reasons 1) size and 2) the original Renaissance era fresco on the ceiling. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I had difficulty finding the place (we were driving) and Giorgio was very calm and helpful despite the fact he had to stay late on a Saturday evening. And finally the breakfast was fantastic. The best pastries I've had in Italy.

My family and I had a great stay. The host was really friendly, organized and helpful. They planned everything in advance, and gave us a run down of the things to visit, restaurants, etc. The place was nice and clean, with functional facilities and air conditioning.

Die in Florenz gelegene Unterkunft Forte16 View & SPA ist 1,6 km von Piazza della Signoria und 1,4 km von Kathedrale von Florenz entfernt. The hotel is just excellent. The stuff is very friendly, everything is shining, room service was just perfect. The spa and pool was very clean and neat. The location is very convenient, close to all the main sights, though the neighborhood is very quiet.

Uns war das Parking sehr wichtig, da wir mit einem grossen Auto gereist sind. Das Appartment war sehr gross und geräumig, das Bett sehr komfortabel. Die Eigentümerin war sehr flexibel da wir dass Auto länger stehen gelassen haben, als das Check-out geplant war. Wir haben uns mit den E-Scooter von Lime oder Bird ins Zentrum bewegt, und in 9 min waren wir da. Alles lief reibunslos und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder!

Das Hotel Bencidormi begrüßt Sie im Zentrum von Florenz, nur 300 m vom Bahnhof Santa Maria Novella entfernt. Es bietet kostenfreies WLAN und Zimmer mit selbstregulierender Klimaanlage. In diesem wunderbaren kleinen Hotel in zentraler Lage fühlt man sich vom ersten Moment an wie zuhause. Es ist super sauber. Das Bett ist total bequem und das Zimmer sehr gemütlich. Frühstück gibt s im Café um die Ecke. Die Angestellten und der Besitzer sind unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich.

In den Hügeln des Chianti bietet diese aus Stein gebaute Pension einen Außenpool im ländlichen Dörfchen Salvadonica. Staff were amazing! Friendly, courteous, helpful and always smiling. The location was incredible, with some of the most stunning views in Tuscany. The food was next level, as was the wine choice. Would come back in a heartbeat.. but NZ is a looooong way to come from! Thanks to everyone that made this trip so special for my family and I. Magic!

Lovely location in a green, peaceful neighborhood full of beautiful old villas. Just a 20–30 minute walk to the center of Florence, but far enough to feel away from the tourist buzz.

Great location, just outside the hustle and bustle of the city but still within walking distance. Super easy parking right in front of the hotel. Beautiful grounds, very friendly staff, up-to-date bathroom and shower, nice food menu and bar. Good breakfast.
