Additionally, after check-out, I was allowed to leave my luggage and even enjoy some coffee and tea — a very friendly and unexpected service that I really appreciated. The staff was always polite and attentive, which made me feel like an important guest. This hotel truly values its visitors, creating a special atmosphere of hospitality. The only small downside for me was the dust and the not fully polished faucets, which was a bit surprising. However, this did not spoil the overall positive impression of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates not only comfort but also genuine hospitality. Many thanks for the excellent service!

We got a good introduction to the city and some tips for locations that were unknown to us prior to the trip. I really liked that we had Alexa in our room and that we could get her to play Italian radio for us. It really brought extra atmosphere to our trip. I especially enjoyed the modest size of the hotel. The service personnel were the same from day to day and I really enjoy the personal connection which comes with that. Especially when the service is this good.

Excellent location - within walking distance to all the main tourist attracts. The room was spacious and very clean! The breakfast was lovey, everything was so fresh! Highly recommend!

I asked if the property has an iron, and they made sure it was already waiting for me in the room when I checked in. Spacious, clean, comfy room, amazing bed, nice bathroom. Slippers and snacks provided free of charge. We had the best sleep, there is no noise from outside or other rooms. Location also amazing, very safe and fancy area with great restaurants, and only 10min walk to Trevi fountain.
