I had a really bad experience when i arrived to rome but it all went away when i arrived to the hotel thanks to the reception employees there Valeria and Matilda , specially Valeria who helped alot and kept paying for my parking cause i couldn’t with my phone, the staff was top and so kind all of them , also the hotel was very nice and the room was clean and i will definitely go there if i come back to rome

I can’t rate the staff friendliness and helpfulness enough, had an issue with the booking (double booked) and had to cancel one even though it said not refundable Marta at reception helped in getting a full refund. Farook also deserves a special mention as he helped a lot with everything and not only our heavy luggage.
