Thanks to the whole team, especially Sofia and her new colleague did an amazing job! The hotel is very comfortable and directly on the lake. Restaurants are close by. Bicycles are available to rent for free - we had a pleasant stay and come back! 😊

This is indeed an Italian, classically styled luxury hotel. While checking in, we were told we were upgraded to a better room; this is always a pleasant start. The hotel building is amazing, it is definitely worth a discovery tour; every corridor and corner has something exciting. Our room was spacious, clean, and classically decorated in a tasteful way. I think the walk-in closet would suit guests travelling with their entire wardrobe. The bed, the mattress, the pillows (down/feather and also a memory one for each person), and the duvet were all of very high quality and really comfortable. Both the decoration and the comfort of the bathroom is worth mentioning. The bar serves excellent Negronis. This hotel has an identity & atmosphere like few others.

Had 4 nights in this amazing hotel. Located in a quiet area when its just a few minutes from the main shopping street. The subway is a short walk. The staff is kind, helpful and so sweet. I booked a larger room so it was perfect for my relaxing holiday. Complementary water and biscuits as you arrive into your room. The personal message was the sweetest. As a guest it makes you feel more special. Very clean and comfortable rooms. More of a business hotel but for me it was perfect. I had the opportunity to read in the lounge and enjoy the selection of drinks from the bar. Breakfast was included and it had everything for a international breakfast. The hotel has a restaurant for lunch and supper. I have to say compliments to the chef, sei meraviglioso. Thank you for a wonderful holiday for my first time in Milan. See you next year.
